be 20 pounds lighter

Description

My goal is to lose 20 pounds to reach my pre-baby weight. Then I will try for the weight I needed to lose before being preggo. I will follow a healthy eating plan and exercise at least 3-4 times a week.

My diet started on Monday the 28th. So far I've stuck to the eating plan. I've lost 4 pounds. Not done well with the exercise though. Having a new baby and him being sick has played into that. This next week I hope to incorporate the exercise.
